The Performance Targets Report is a visual presentation of data that balances historical information and reduction goals. It is organized by resource type - Energy, Water, Emissions, and Transportation and you can jump to a section by clicking on one of the buttons at the top.
Note: if a site does not have data available, some of these resource types may not be displayed.
To generate a PDF version of the report to share or print, click the PDF icon on the right side of the header.
The legend on every chart is fully interactive and allows you to filter out specific variables presented in the graph. Click on the item's name filter out the data series you wish to hide.
You can reset any filters you have applied to the charts by selecting the "reset filters" button on the top right of the graph.
The menu on the top right corner of the chart allows you to download chart visuals or data in any of the three available formats: PDF, PNG, and CSV.
The charts that are displayed in the Performance Report are contingent on what data has been entered into or uploaded to a site. Depending on the data available, you may see all or a few of the charts described below.
Energy Report: This graph summarizes annual energy performance over time relative to building intensity baselines and targets. The boxes to right of the chart call out the set Baseline and recent EUI values.
Energy Performance Savings: This chart summarizes how all similar buildings across the portfolio are performing relative to their energy use baselines. The current building is represented in blue. Note: Each bar represents the latest full year of performance data for the specified building. The year for a site's chart can be changed using the dropdown below the header, and the default year for all charts can be set in the Edit Site Report tab at the global level.
Energy Use by Calendar Month: This area chart displays all energy use over time for all available energy types.
Energy Type Yearly Data: These charts are generated for each available energy type and breakdown the differences in energy use over all available years.
Energy Use v. Energy Cost: This chart compares energy use to energy costs year over year, against baseline, at a 50% reduction.
Total Potable Water: This graph summarizes annual water performance over time relative to building intensity baselines and targets.
Water Use by Calendar Month: This area chart displays all water use over time for all available water types.
Water Use by Calendar Month: These charts are generated for each available energy type and breakdown the differences in energy use over all available years.
Emissions / Transportation Emissions Report: This graph summarizes building emissions over time relative to building intensity baselines and targets.
Emissions Report: This pie chart shows a total breakdown of all modes of transportation, to and from this site.
