The Status Tab at the Global or Group Level

At the highest level of the Benchmark Compliance program, program managers can filter all the sites in their portfolio(s), manage each site's status, resolve conflicts, and navigate between Covered and Uncovered Sites. This article will go over each aspect of the status tab at the Global or Group level and how to manage your imports.

Covered Vs. Non-Covered Sites

At the very top of the status tab, you will see two buttons that separate this page into two views: Covered Sites and Non-Covered Sites.

Covered Sites - Covered Sites have a defined city_ubid and benchmarking_ubid. This means that it will be easier to identify problems or duplications when sites are re-imported every week.

Non-Covered Sites - Non-Covered Sites did not have a defined city_ubid ID when they were imported into Maalka. This means that the sites have data associated with them, but it may be harder to identify issues with them during weekly imports.

To move sites from the Non-Covered section to the Covered section, you will need to export your data (data can be exported from the Reports section in the Maalka program), add a city_ubid with matching benchmarking_ubid IDs to each building column in your spreadsheet, and reimport.

Filtering Sites

You can filter your sites in both the Covered and Non-Covered site list by clicking on the pie chart slices. This will quickly tell you, which sites have certain statuses associated with them so that you may contact a site owner and resolve any issues.
