After importing or updating all your data, you might find that some duplicate buildings have been added to your portfolio. The best way to deal with these duplicates, is by checking for Conflicts in the Status tab.
You must be at the group/regional, or global level in order to access the Status tab.
Scroll down to the sites table. If any of your buildings have identical ID's, a red dot will be visible on the conflicts button on the far right corner of the table.
Click the button to see all the sites with duplicate IDs. You can resolve the issue by clicking on the menu icon and selecting, "Resolve by Deletion."
When the window opens up, review each building's information and choose one to delete. Click the check box and press, "Delete Sites(s)"
Continue this process until all duplicate buildings have been resolved.
