In the Global and Group/Regional levels, there is currently only one account type: E-Waste. E-Waste data can be accessed from the Accounts tab once you have landed or navigated to a group/region or the Global Level. If you are in a Site, you will not be able to view this account from the Accounts tab (see Site Level Accounts).
You can open the E-Waste data entry modal by selecting the View/Edit Data Button on the right side of the account box.
The screen that opens will show a spreadsheet with E-Waste information for the most recent year. You can use the Date Navigator arrows (located directly under the header) to switch between years, or type a specific year into the input box.
E-Waste data is organized by month, so fill out the information under each month title using the dropdowns and input cells. To add a new row to a month, right click on any row inside the month and select Add New Row. You can delete a row using the same menu.
Cells that are required (Disposal Method and Category) are shaded red. Any row can be left blank, but if you are filling out information for a row, you must include those two items in order for data to be saved correctly. When you add new information, it will be shaded blue. This is to indicate that this data has been added but has not yet been saved. Once you click the Save button at the bottom right corner of the screen, all new data will immediately be added to the system and will appear in Analytics and other roll-ups.
To download a CSV version of E-Waste data to save to your computer, simply click the Download CSV button on the top right side of the screen and a file will immediately download.
This will prompt you to move it to the Archive section where you may unarchive it at any time.
