Site Name - The name by which the site will appear on lists, tables, and headers.
Address - The street address associated with the site.
City - The name of the city where the site is located.
Postal Code - The postal code where the site is located.
State / Province - The state, province, or region where the site is located.
Property Type - A category describing the site’s main function that will appear on lists, tables, and header: e.g. Office, Retail Store, Library.
Secondary Property Type - A category used to describe a site’s secondary functions.
Gross Floor Area (GFA) - The occupied area/space of the site.
Programs - A context-rich environment for understanding client/group/site data through specific visualizations, analytics, and other features. Programs provide workflows that guide users to understand data through different lenses and trends. Examples: ‘Performance Targets’, ‘Green Schools START Metrics’, ‘Building LifeCycle’.
Rentable Square Footage (RSF) - The occupied square footage of the site (same as Gross Floor Area, but restricted to units of square feet).
Construction Year - The date when the site’s initial construction was completed.
Regions / Groups / Districts - A collection of sites as designated by an administrator. The collections can be arbitrary or defined by commonalities across sites, e.g. geography, propertyType, etc.

Last Major Renovation Year - The year when the site’s last major renovation was completed.
Possession - The ownership/occupation status of the site (e.g. Leased, Owned, etc.)
Has Thermal Storage - A yes/no status that signifies whether the site has an installed thermal storage system.
Lease End - The termination/renewal date of a leased site’s lease.
LEED Status - The site's certification level in the
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program.
Total Number of Students - The number of students registered at the school.
Total Number of Faculty - The number of employees at the school.
Lowest Grade Level - The lowest educational stage taught at the school.
Highest Grade Level - The highest educational stage taught at the school.
Primary Contact - The e-mail address of the primary contact for the site
School Website - The school's official website url.
