The Notification List is located in the Notifications tab. Its purpose is to help you identify recent actions that have occurred within your Groups/Regions and Sites. If, for instance, someone has made a comment or a data change in an accessible site, you will be able to view it on this page.
If the comment or data change was made in a site and you are viewing it from the Group/Regional or Global Level, the name of that site will be displayed as a link on the top left of the card. You can click on that link to go directly to that site and view the action from there.
Since your feed is constantly being updated with new notifications, older notifications may get buried in the list. If you would like to save a notification to view later, you can "Star" it by selecting the star icon on the notification card.
These notifications will then appear in the Starred section on the Notifications Feed. You can access these saved notifications by selecting the Starred button at the top of your feed.
If you are in the Starred section, selecting the star button will unselect that notification and remove it from your saved notifications. These actions will extend to every location where the notification is observed. For example, if a notification is Starred at a site, it will also be Starred at the Group/Regional and Global levels. This allows users to communicate prioritizations across different levels of the system.
To remove a notification from the activity field, click the “x” button.
This will prompt you to move it to the Archive section where you may unarchive it at any time.
