Tags are customizable labels that can be used to organize files and these are displayed in the Files table. Comments may be added to a file, but are not displayed on the table.
Users can sort files by tags, using the pie chart filter (if this is enabled).
To add tags to a file or add/view comments in the file, click the menu icon next to the file name and select Comments / Tags (or Audit Status Log for users with Auditing features).
When the popup appears, locate the the tag dropdown. For users with Audit Status features, this dropdown will be located below the Audit Status table. You can add a pre-made tag from the list, or create a new one by typing in a word or phrase.
You can add a comment by typing into the comment input. Users will only be able to see this comment inside this popup.
Click Save to update this file information for all users.
